Choose Well Open House & Recruitment

Choose Well is coming to the Oceanside Public Library - Mission Branch, Community Room, on Wedneday 11 October 2017.  If you are interesting in learning more about participating in the free County of San Diego program designed especially for assisted living providers - Choose Well - please join us Wednesday 11 October 2017 from 12:15 to 2:15 pm.  We will provide an overview of the program, its requirements, the benefits to providers, and we will also be doing provider intakes - getting your facility profiled on the website.
