The Jacob Journal Spotlights Choose Well

Dianne Jacob's Fall 2017 newsletter headlines with an article about Choose Well.  She describes Choose Well as being "… a powerful new ally" for families looking for quality long-term care.  The article notes that the Choose Well program uses 11 Quality Measures "designed to guide consumers to the most appropriate facility for their needs."  This Jacob Journal article is the latest effort by the County of San Diego to promote, publicize, and expand consumer awareness of the Choose Well site.  As noted in the article, Choose Well is open and free to all assisted living providers in the county who are willing to allow their state compliance history to be scored using the Choose Well Scoring Device.  If you are interested in becoming a Choose Well provider, please contact us at choosewellsandiego@gmail.com.
