Our mission is to provide a secure, comforting, and family setting for our residents, and to offer our assistance when ever needed.  The care that our staff provides for our residents is individualized and is adapted to all of their needed.  Most importantly we show all of our residents lots of love.  Residents living in TCB-RCFE find tranquility and freedom from the worries of living or forcing dependence on a family member.  Our facility provides menus and optional diets for our residents.  Our staff is trained to cook different types of foods and dishes to satisfy our residents.  We also have activities including

• Supervised outings to parks and attractions, restaurants,k performances, malls, movies and shops
• Games, music, books and entertainment
• Religious services
• Birthday and holiday celebrations

The services we offer include private rooms, 24-hour supervision, a family environment, 3 meals a day with snacks, medication management, supervision and assistance, transportation to and from medical appointments, laundry services, daily caregiver assistance.  Complimentary tours are available,  If you are an interested, please call us to arrange a visit:  (619) 620-5772, and ask for Fe.
