Sunset Coast Assisted Living is an RCFE in South Bay.

To ensure a safe and healthy living environment for all residents, the following basic services are included. The actual services provided will be those the resident requests and needs, based on the individual’s pre-admission appraisal, and the needs and services plan. Subsequent resident appraisals may result in the need for additional basic services.

MINIMUM BASIC SERVICES INCLUDE: Continuous care and supervision Lodging: Single room or Double room Helping gain access to supportive services Plan and/or arrange for transportation to medical and dental appointments Observation for changes in physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning A planned activity program including an arrangement for utilization of available community resources Notification to the resident’s family, physician, and other appropriate person/agency of resident’s needs

SENIOR CARE SERVICES INCLUDE: Hospice care Memory care Dementia care

FOOD SERVICES INCLUDE:​ Three nutritious daily meals and snacks Special diets/personalized meal plan (if prescribed by a doctor)

ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIVING AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Eating Dressing Toileting Mobility tasks Bathing and grooming Other personal care needs Cleaning of resident’s room Laundering personal clothing Assisting resident with Hoyer lift Clean bed and bath linens weekly, or as often as needed Hygiene items of general use, such as soap and toilet paper Bedside care and tray service for minor temporary illnesses or recovery from surgery Comfortable and suitable bed and bedroom furniture unless the resident supplies it Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physician’s instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations
