St. Paul's Plaza is St. Paul's Senior Services newest retirement community located in Otay Ranch, one of Chula Vista's most beautiful neighborhoods, conveniently located next to shops, restaurants, medical offices and Heritage Park.  This stunning community offers a host of family-style amenities: lush outdoor areas including family barbeque facilities, Piazza, multi-generation outdoor activity area, dog park, solariums and terraces, activity room, 150-person community event room, a Pub featuring beer and wine happy hours and sports games, a well appointed wellness center with dance floor and therapy indoor pool.  

What truly sets St. Paul's Plaza apart from other communities is our staff.  St. Paul's will only hire individuals who are passionate, with a loving heart for seniors.

We provide independent living, assisted living with personal care, and memory support for people with Alzheimer's and Dementia, and respite care with our temporary-stay program.

Reflections is a special program created by St. Paul's Plaza.  Reflections features four small houses within the 46-studio community.  Each house has 10 to 13 private studios with private bathrooms, its own kitchen, dining and living room reminiscent of home.
