We meet with each resident to determine their unique lifestyle needs. We want to know what they have enjoyed doing in the past and what they enjoy now about exercise, social interaction, mental stimulation, their emotional process, spiritual activities, and leisure preferences.

Residents at Elmcroft of La Mesa enjoy a range of specialized care services and amenities. Our caregivers are set apart by their heartfelt desire to lovingly care for our residents and help them live as independently and with as much dignity as possible. Many of our staff are long-term employees and our residents consider them family.
