NIR Community II, is located in Mira Mesa's quiet friendly neighborhood in San Diego. A licensed 6 bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, we accommodate both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.  Residents under the age of 60 could be admitted if Community Care Licensing division's guidelines are meet. Our goal is to provide exceptional care with a personal touch to make the residence feel like home.
