NIR Community I, is located in Mira Mesa's quiet friendly neighborhood in San Diego. A licensed 6 bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, it accommodates both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. Residents under the age of 60 could be admitted if Community Care Licensing Division's guidelines are meet. Our goal is to provide exceptional care with a personal touch to make residents feel at home.
