Hart's Place is tucked into a peaceful and quiet suburb of Vista, California.  We provide services mainly to the frail and active elderly and those with cognitive impairments.  Residents are supervised and assisted by experienced, warm and caring staff.  Personalized care plans are designed for residents, identifying their capabilities and areas where they need support, making sure the right level of care and support are obtained.

Hart's Place is an environmentally friendly facility.  The lawn is landscaped with succulents and other water wise plants.   Solar panels for electricity and hot water were installed to reduce our carbon footprint.  Seasonal flowers provide splashes of color in the back yard garden and the front entrance.  Please feel free to visit us!
