Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch is a bright and inviting senior living community offering Independent Living and Assisted Living services in the Rancho Del Oro neighborhood of Oceanside.

You'll feel the positive energy the moment you step into the lobby of our month-to month rental community!  We offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units, and built-in emergency communication systems.

Senior living at Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch is nothing less than wonderful. We are committed to providing white-glove, five-star customer service around the clock. Our community is active, engaging residents and encouraging them to pursue new interests, invest new found free time in lifelong hobbies and foster meaningful connections with those around them. Our residents feel at home quickly, enjoying weekly outings to local museums, theaters, casinos, vineyards, and nearby beaches. We also plan a weekly happy hour, Boys’ Night Out and Ladies’ Night Out and take an active part in local seasonal events.

Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch is newly renovated and features a PrimeFit gym with a full-time fitness instructor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, a full-service salon and two elegant dining options with an array of menu options. Our unique licensing and continuum of care services allows our residents to remain in their apartment homes if their needs should change over time. We are proud of our strong sense of community and the immediate sense of belonging felt by everyone who enters our community.
