March 2025: New Choose Well Features

New Website Features now Available on Choose Well San Diego!

Families and community partners have asked, and Choose Well has listened. Two significant new features are now live on the website. First is a Google Map on the side of the facility search page that shows where facilities are on a map of San Diego County.

You can click on each pin to view more information about the RCFE name.

The second major update is the ability to search by price range, languages spoken, and whether the facility accepts the Assisted Living Waiver program. Only facilities that are Choose Well members have information listed, since the data is not available unless the facility participates with Choose Well.

The program is always improving the website, and looks to you, the end-user, for suggestions and feedback. If you have any comments, or see something you like or could be changed, let us know!
