As a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC),  Carlsbad By The Sea offers additional care as you need it. The hallmark of our care is personal attention in warm, intimate surroundings where each staff member knows your likes and dislikes.

In addition to the supportive continuing care services offered through our clinic or in the privacy of your own home we offer two additional levels of care. Carlsbad by the Sea is a continuing care retirement community.

Truly Yours is a custom designed assisted living and personal service delivered to the privacy of your home at Carlsbad By The Sea. In addition to providing help with activities of daily living, a personal care assistant can provide everything from escort service to a doctor’s appointment to medication management to specialized treatments, all in the comfort of your home here. Together we design your custom care and service plan so you can spend your time enjoying friends and living well at Carlsbad By The Sea!

Our Assisted Living program features 14 private residences overlooking the center courtyard, many with an ocean view. Residents receive personal assistance with the activities of daily living based on their individual needs. Fine dining choices as well as social, educational, spiritual and recreational opportunities are part of daily life at one of San Diego’s best retirement living communities.
