Angel in the Garden's Licensee Emily Morgan has been a health care provider for 25 years.  All residents are cared for in the same loving manner as one of her own family members.  Angel in the Garden is fully licensed by the State of California's Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing.  Services are all-inclusive and include monitoring of medications, transportation to medical appointments, providing assistance with personal care, and three nutritious, delicious and home-cooked meals per day plus snacks.
