Champine Manor is located on a high point and features a 360-degree, panoramic view with well-maintained landscaping and outdoor patio areas. All rooms are private and have their own vista. The home has a bed and breakfast feel and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful country setting, close to shopping, restaurants, and other services and facilities.

Serby Zivku is the owner, Administrator, and licensee of Champine Manor. She has been trained in Dementia, Alzheimer’s, cognitive memory issues, and all ADL’s. The staff at Champine Manor has been chosen with one main objective – the happiness and care of our residents. Champine Manor is a beautiful home that has been planned and designed for residents’ comfort and dignity.

At Champine Manor, nutrition is very important to us. Three meals daily and snacks throughout the day are available and feature the finest meats, poultry, fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade bread, and desserts. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful large dining area for meals and front room for relaxing and watching television in our new chairlifts or our Shiatsu massage recliner.

Providing for our residents social and emotional needs is as important to us as well as their physical well-being. Champine Manor interviews each resident to determine their favorite activities which are developed and planned for what they find most rewarding. Here at Champine Manor, we encourage family and friends to visit as often as they can. We have no rigid schedule or curfew, just drop by as we would love to see you.
