Avocado Creek is a home-like facility that provides for the needs of elderly in a caring and compassionate manner. Our administrator and owner, Maya Banovic, designed this facility incorporating her 17 years experience within the residential care community.

 Avocado Creek offers its residents an exceptional, high-quality, dependable care they can count on.

Our facility is located on the border of San Marcos and Escondido in a very desirable, friendly and safe neighborhood, accessible to hospitals, churches, freeways, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Our mission is to promote continuous independence and preserve dignity, and our goal is to provide safe and enjoyable environment to our residents.
